Which Pilates program is right for me?
It depends on your goal.
If you want to improve posture and relieve back pain — Body Balance is perfect.
For toning and shaping your body — Sculpt Pilates.

I can also guide you personally to choose the best option for you.
Do I need any experience to start?
Not at all. My classes are suitable for beginners and I guide you step-by-step. I also adjust exercises to your level, so you’ll feel comfortable and confident from the very first session.
How quickly will I see results?
Many clients start feeling changes in their body within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible results usually appear after 4 weeks of consistent practice — better posture, stronger core, and a more toned body.
Do I need any equipment for online classes?
You can start with just a mat. As you progress, I may recommend simple equipment like resistance bands or light weights, but it’s always optional.
