With years of personal practice and experience working with different body types and needs, she understands that every woman’s body is unique.
Her approach focuses on creating safe, effective, and supportive sessions that help women improve posture, build strength, release tension, and feel more confident in their bodies.
Rather than pushing the body to extremes, Lilya believes in working with the body, not against it — allowing strength, mobility, and balance to develop naturally.
She carefully guides each client in choosing the Pilates direction that best matches their personal goals and physical needs.
